Not only were [Qiddist and Olivia] onboard and completely supportive of my ideas, they incorporated my ideas and work style into their plans and customized three different workshop agendas that PERFECTLY suited my needs as a facilitator! Having this kind of structure and organization made me feel so well prepared and confident in the ideas that I presented to the committee and I received exceedingly good feedback each time, especially considering that many heavy and potentially uncomfortable topics arise during these trainings...On top of all of this, they also provided me with constructive feedback and insight after each session with tips on best practices and encouraged my own natural gifts and skill sets! Ashe Living has been such a blessing to me in this work! I have learned so much! I feel that I have become a more competent facilitator and trusted speaker in part because of the guidance and extremely high level of service I received from beginning to end. I do not feel that saying ‘thank you’ is enough, but alas, thank YOU!”
